The land can be acquired without consent for -
1. Defense
2. National Security
3. Rural Infrastructure along with Electrification
4. Industrial Corridor
This will off course lead to development of nation. Along with this, It is only allowed for Public Sector or PPP.
Even if land is acquired from farmer, he'll get indirect benefits in form of rural development, employment in industrial corridors, easy access to electricity.
Thus, there is no direct or indirect benefit given to Corporates. And further there is no harm to farmer's interest according to me.
