The Bombay High Court has granted an ad-interim stay on late filing fee u/s 234E vide its order dated 28.04.13. on account of a petition filed.
The Karnataka & Kerela High Courts have also considered the subject.
One biggest controversy is: -
"It is the work of departement & department is outsourcing it to assessees. Assessee should bot be held guilty due to technical errors.
